All sales of products and services are FINAL

We will replace defective products free of charge

We also know accidents happen, if a custom art piece is damaged for any reason, bring it back to the studio, we will try and fix it for you free of charge. While we will do our best to bring it back to its original state, some custom items like 3D Prints, Crystal Carvings or Metal Works can be difficult to completely restore once damaged, so we will give it our best shot. Either way, we’re sure you’ll still like it after it is fixed!
